Information under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK — Turkey's personal data protection legislation), you can find our notice regarding the processing of your personal data below.
Introduction
This privacy notice has been prepared by Yiğit Çelik Kapı ("DATA CONTROLLER") pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("THE LAW"), to inform data subjects about the processing of personal data collected through the website https://yigitcelikkapi.com.tr/.
The DATA CONTROLLER exercises the utmost care to ensure that personal data is processed lawfully, protected and kept secure.
Data Collection and Purpose of Use
Our website contains only an order form and a contact form. By completing these forms, the user is deemed to have accepted the privacy policy.
When forms are submitted, the information is sent directly to the company's Hotmail email address.

This information is used solely to contact the customer and manage the order process

Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained until the customer requests deletion. Upon the customer's request, the data is deleted without delay.
Important: Statutory retention periods for legal obligations (such as invoice records) also apply separately. Under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Commercial Code, commercial records and documents must be retained for 10 years.
Cookies
No cookies are collected on our website for any purpose. Users' personal data is not processed through cookies.

Cross-Border Data Transfers
Information submitted through user forms is processed via Microsoft's Hotmail email service.
Because Hotmail servers may be located outside Türkiye, cross-border transfer of data may occur. This is stated explicitly and, where required, the user's explicit consent is obtained.
Under Article 9 of KVKK, the explicit consent of the data subject is obtained for cross-border data transfers, or one of the other conditions set out in KVKK is sought. Microsoft complies with international data protection standards.

To request deletion, correction or cessation of processing of your data
To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged.
